Blank Server Document Shares

Hi

Have a strange problem.

We have mapped drives to a few Windows 2k3 Servers for document shares.

Some of our users will go to these drive mappings and the shares will be blank, even a refresh and it looks like the drive is empty.

THey can log back in and suddenly their files appear?

Any advice?
