Windows 2003 SP1 terminal server printers Disappear after reboot

Around 40 printers installed, almost all HP lasers.
Changed driver for HP 4240DN from PCL6 to PCL5.
Normally reboot this terminal server auto every night.
When came in yesterday all 4240DN printers were "gone" from server.
The ports were still defined and the driver still on the server.
I added back the 18 printers and thought problem was one time.
BUT
Today, when i came in again, after the reboot SAME PROBLEM.
HELP ???
