Access Violations and GPF's

My computer is constantly either rebooting, giving access violations, or General Protection faults. Every Diagnostic program I have run indicates everything in a-ok. I was getting "Server Busy" dialogs until I disabled DCOM. I have checked hardware (no tools, just visually. How do I diagnose this and fix it?
