WIN98 upgrade?

I am using Windows 95b on one of my computers. I now own Windows 98 Second Edition.

I would like to know if I can "upgrade" my Windows 95 by simply loading the 98SE over top of the Windows 95? Or is it necessary to buy and use Windows 98 Upgrade software?
