IE5 remember password on computer.

I have IE5 and it wont remember any passwords on my computer.
I went to tools\internetoptions\tools\autocomplete. I then made sure both "user name and passwords on forms" and "prompt me to save password" where both checked, I them clicked OK (note the apply tab is never active).

After all this nothing.

Am I missing something?
