With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. a win98 ie5 or netscape question ?

1 . when I open new windows using ie5 I can atmost open just about 7 or 8 windows ..when I open the 9th window I get all the bottoms icons to be black and all the text seems jumbled etc ..the moment I close the window everything is fine :-

2) if I tick the "dont open a new window as a new process" in the options of ie5 ..everytime I try to right click on a link and do "open in  new window" that
doesnt seem to work ?


3) when I have about 7 ie5 windows open , when I try to open outlook express I get "Not enough memory"

I have 128Mb ram on a pentium III 450 running win98 the latest version

How to check whether EACH of my RAM is working perfectly ...Is this a RAM related problem
