cmos settings

I want to cahnge my cmos settings so that I can boot of my CD ROM Drive first.
The problem is I am running Windows NT , I have set a password on the cmos setting screen. I dont remember my password. Is their anything I can do to get into the cmos to change the seetings, or find out where the password is. Can I remove certain jumpers of the mother board that will over right password settings than change it ?
