  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Virus

I picked up a virus on an e mail. It was sent to nortons quarentine but somehow infected my systems. Whenever I try to go somewhere on my computer it saysIvathmgnsfp.exe cant find. hoe can i get rid of this so i can access my programs which are on c drive.My keyboard port is fried so I am using a usb keyboard in a usb port. it doesn't work untileverything is up.Will formatting C drive get rid of the virus& how do I get it started with my usb keyboard?
