Memory Problems????

I have a AMD 1.2 gig Processor, with 256Meg ram. I am using a Western Digital 20.5 gig hard drive. Here is my problem. I installed a program called "MediaFaceII", it is a program to make CD lables. Anyway, when I click on it to start it, a box pops up and states: "There is not enough free memory to run this program. Quit one or more programs, and then try again". I click OK, then get another box that states: " There is not enough memory to start LTKRN80N.DLL. Quit some programs, and then try again."
The problem is I have nothing else running so I can not quite any programs. I did use this program before on my old hard drive with no problems. I just installed this hard drive and the problem started when I installed the program onto the new drive. What could be my problem and how can I get the program to run? Your help will be appriciated as always.
