Spool32 Problem on Win2K network

Hi guys,
I have a 98se machine on my Win2K network. Currently there are 3 printers shared by my print server.
and 2 0f 3 printers are already installed on thet 98 machine, and working well.
printers are HP 2200 Deskjet, and 4500 Color Printer

I have this spool32 error when i try add the the 3rd printer, which is Xerox 460 ST Document Centre.

Unlike other spool32 problems, which i read a lot about on this site and on Microsoft's site, i am having the problem when i am trying to add the printer, not sending any print job or starting windows.

The error message is like this:
"Spool32 caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at 000:00000001>"
after the error message Add printer wizard does not respond, and sometimes after that it gives an Active Desktop recovery error on the desktop.

I also have Norton installed on that 98se machine,

I am trying to give all the information that can help you to understand the problem, cause i have seen many articles on Spool32 error. but i was not able to solve that problem with any solution provided with those articles.
