shutdown problem for Windows 98
Dear experts,
I have encountered this problem quite often, but now I just decided to find out the solution for this weird problem.
On Windows 98, when I click shutdown to shutdown the computer, it never gets to the screen where it says "It is save to turn off the computer". It only gets to the black screen where there's a curson blinking at the top left-hand corner.
And sometimes it sometimes stays at the screen where it says "Windows is shutting down".
How do I fix these problems???
