Changing program to view jpg.with

I had Netscape as the viewing program for jpg pictures and I have deleated the program.  How do I change windows to use internet explorer as the vprogram to use?

Open Explorer. Right click on a jpg file while holding down the shift key. Select Open With. Make sure the box "Always open with is checked" Select Internet Explorer from the list.

The easiest way would be to use Windows Explorer, find a jpg, shift-right-click on it and select Open With.  Select the program you want to use from the list (Iexplore?) or click browse if what you want is not there.  Then check off Always use this program...

That should do it.

If these all worked, OK.  If you still have problems make sure to delete all image file extensions from the file types list.  Find a jpg file to double click and choose IE when it asks you what program you want to open the file.
