The C:\WINDOWS\IEDLL.EXE file appears to be corrupt

I run Windows 98SE and when upon booting, everything seems to come up as normal, but I get a dialog box with the message "The C:\WINDOWS\IEDLL.EXE file appears to be corrupt - Reinstall the file, then try again"

1) What does this mean, and is it serious?

2) What is the correct installation procedure from the Windows 98SE CD?

3) I did not find the file per se on the Windows 98SE CD - can that file be copied from a second PC I have also Windows 98SE running on, to make things simple, or is that not advisable?
