Shutdown computer after downloading large file.

I would like to download large audible book mp3 files during the night. I would like to have my computer automatically shutdown after completion of the download is complete. Is this possible?

I am using ME OS on a Gateway 866 MHZ computer.

Thanks to all of you who have responded to my question. I sure did not plan on such a large number of responses. I want to add some additional info from my side. I already am using DAP and I really like the program, especially for the easy access to the resume feature, and I do know about the disconnect feature in DAP. I guess I was really searching for an actual computer shutdown, which in reality may not be a reasonable approach. I recently tried "Auto Shutdown", but could not get it to function properly in ME. Loral has provided some links which I have not had a chance to try. CrazyOne has also provided interesting info related to my request. The one thing I find difficult with Experts Exchange is the lack of being able to distribute points to more than one responder. Often it is not one person who provides help with a problem. All that said and done, I will soon have to select one of you, and I hope there are no hard feelings.
