With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Max File Cache

During an online system check at http://www.pcpitstop.com I received a "red" flag on Max File Cache.

The reason for the system check was that my System Resources deteriorate after a while. I cannot recover the resources unless I restart my computer.

I am running a virus program and firewall with IE 6.0 and Windows ME.

Is there a connection?
