In control panel you can select passwords and select the password there. You then have to goto network and in primary network login select Cleint for Microsoft Networks.
Be advised that this will not stop people from getting on your computer they can just hit the cancel button on the login and they will be on. The easiest way to stop people from using your computer is to put a supervisor password in the bios. To do this restart the computer and keep hitting the delete button, this will bring up the bios screen and then using the arrow keys select supervisor password and enter it there. Someone could still get on your computer but they would have to clear the bios but that would mean opening up the machine.
Hope this helps.
