I have done Virus scan and found no Virus and also tried different Hardware Acceleration in Advanced Graphic Settings under Performance with no difference.
Any thoughts?

I have tried Adaware and removed some Spyware, checked for Virus',
changed mouse, tried different settings in control panel, and am still having it disappear and reappear, open pages, scroll pages on its own, and freeze up. I can ctrl, alt, delete but it doesnt free up mouse sometimes I can use arrow buttons when I do this. Other times I have to use restart button.

Ok, let me add another one to the sweepstakes-
go into device manager and delete the mouse. Reboot your machine. I've had good luck with that law that says usually the simplest answer is the correct one. oh, and check the ps2 port pin holes for debris or obstructions. (assuming this is a ps/2 mouse)
I have accepted the answer from hardstarburst, I tried another mouse and it didn't do it as much, so I purchased a brand new one and reformatted, so I don't really know exactly what fixed it...but when he mentioned to try another mouse and I did, it did clear it up some... so ThankYou all for your comments!!

Have you tried 'System Restore' ?
Try selecting Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Choose a recent Restore date, but one previous to your problem.
If your 'System Restore' is inoperative try this:
Start > Run > type 'scanreg /restore' without the quotes, noting space between g and /. Hit 'OK'.
You'll see five(usually) backup registry copies, each should be marked 'Started'.
Choose the most recent one, that is prior to the date of your present problem.
