maintain NTFS security when moving harddisk to another server?

I want to take one of the harddisks of a NT Server (4.0 SP5) and move it to another server (also 4.0 SP5). Both servers are in the same domain (moving from a BDC to a PDC). I'm not sure however if the NTFS security will be maintained in the target server. Maybe, someone can tell me more about it?
