Add a larger slave drive(IDE) or larger second drive(SCSI). Create a mirror set. Remove the smaller drive(DO NOT break the mirror) change the drive to master(IDE) or change the ID(SCSI). Boot up. If you can get this far you can use Partition Magic (boot from the two floppies) to resize the partition.

Is there free (unpartitioned) space on the drive to allow expansion? (are you saying current partition size is 512MB and there 32MB free? And you are trying to increase partition from 512 to 544? One thing about NT - it doesn't like partition to take up whole drive - always leaves a few MB free - but I would expect Partition Expert to tell you the maximum size you can increase it to).
