Printing PCL XL ERROR

Hi,

I have a few workstations still working on NT4 and I have a problem with printing

I recently migrated all the printers from a NT4 server to a 2003 server (thank god) and I have one user that gets a second page printed almost every time she prints something.

it reads like this .

PCL XL ERROR

SUBSYSTEM : KERNEL
ERROR: ILLEGALSTREAMHEADER
OPERATOR: 0X0
POSITION:0

that's it .. .. .. what does that mean and most importantly how do I get rid of this ??

Note : 2 more people with similar config print on this same printer and do not get the error message

Rindi,

thanks for the tip, but my config is already like that. drivers are being published from my active direcrory server (which happens to be my print server as well)

I'll try removing and reinstalling the printer, but I doubt it will change anything.

anything else I could try ??
Is her OS the same as that of the other user's which don't have problems?
yes its all NT4. the XP users use different printers
