Exchange 5.5 on NT 4

Have a weird issue
last week, time on my NT 4 BDC was off, and date was off... and was not on the domain... so we changes the date/time, put it back on the domain
rebooted...
now we cannot manage the domain, nor the Exchange...
here are some event IDs to go with

1.   Microsoft Exchange Administrator
-Access was denied when trying to contact the Windows NT Domain controller:
Microsoft Exchange Administrator
ID no: c1031029

2. lots of WINS errors Event ID 4102

3. Event ID 5721 - NETLOGON
 The session setup to the Windows NT Domain Controller <Unknown> for the domain AVIS-CAN failed because the Windows NT Domain Controller does not have an account for the computer CAN-AVIS-MAIL01.

4. event ID 8032
The browser service has failed to retrieve the backup list too many times on transport \Device\NetBT_E100B1. The backup browser is stopping.
