Any way I have just attempted to us the suggestions and the first ones do not apply to me since I am not going to take anything from OLD SBS 2003 Server other than the ADS, DNS, DHCP, Files and Printer Sharing to the New 2008 Server. I then tried the last suggestion and it got me started, bu then the issue that I am having was NOT covered in any way.
The current issue/error is as follows:
Active Directory Daomin Services Installation Wizard Messagebox. (After the Select Domain section)
To install a domain controller into this Active Directory domain, you must first prepare the domain using "adprep \domainprep". The adprep utility is .....folder.
And I still can not get the "Active Directory Daomin Services Installation Wizard" to work on the 2008 Server...
Help...?

There are no migration tools for the scenario you are in from sbs 2003 to windows 2008 standard ; however the above articles might help you in re-tracing your steps.
or you can follow the third link to do it manually, like migrating exchange via exmerge etc.
