Exchange 5.5 OWA

I have Winnt 4 SP6a OS. Exchange 5.5 with SP4. I have recently install IIS from Winnt option pack applied SP6a and then install OWA. OWA worked fine for a week. Then i rebooted the server and now my users cannot log in.  After trying all the solution i again uninstall IIS and OWA and reinstalled them properly. Still the same issue. When i open IE and input my server ip it open up login screen then open OWA. In the text box i input mailbox name and then it open windows login window. I typed again domain name\user nane and then password.After typing three times it gives me 401 error message. On the server log it says "The server was unable to logon to Windows account domain name\username due to following error. Login  failure, unknown user name or bad password. The data is the error code.
