Extending the System Partition (c:\) on Windows Server 2003

I've been searching through EE and can't seem to find a definitive answer on this. We are working with Windows Server 2003 and the system partition where Windows is installed is too small. It isn't clear to me if this can be extended or not without a full reinstall. The drive where Windows is installed does have unused space available; I just need the means to stretch the c:\ drive into the additional space. Any software recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
