Could not load "ntkrnlmp.exe" Error Code 4

I have 133 MHz ,4 GB HDD, Windows 95 .I am trying to install NT workstation 4.0 ,which was present previously but corrupted due to some reason.But now after first phase of boot while starting actual setup it gives following error
"Setup could not load ntkrnlmp.exe Error code 4"
I don't have FAT32.
