Convert from FAT32 to FAT 16
Who knows how to convert from FAT32 to FAT16 , I need this , because I want to setup Win NT on disk C:(I have C and D both FAT 32), of cause I cant't see this disk from DOS or if I try to setup from Win98, I have trouble(setup says that can't find prepared DOS files). I want to convert without fdisk or format(becase information)

This will convert from Fat32 to Fat16, let you resize partitions on the fly.
There is no MS utility for this
