Trying to install activesync 4.5 on windows 2000 sp4, running Outlook 2000 sp3.<br />

Error msg<br />
There is a problem with windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.<br />

Anyone know what dll they are referring too or should something wlae be installed first ?<br />
