Outputted list of running processes using Msinfo32.exe, but can't import viewable text

From MS Dos, I have called msinfo32.exe using the following command:

start /wait msinfo32.exe /categories +swenv-SWEnvRunningTasks /report c:\dan\rprocs.txt

I can then open the file in notepad or wordpad, but when I try to import it into a database, it comes in as binary gibberish.

How can I convert this file to normal text, or how can I cause msinfo32.exe to output the file in a normal text format?
