Did somebody implemented Microsoft Login? How was the result? Anybody implemented Userlock?

I am trying to evaluate Microsoft Limit Login and UserLock (http://www.isdecisions.com/en/software/userlock/) I have to limit the number of user concurrent connections.
Anybody knows about any other tool that can be used? I need something robust and relialable no problem if is a third party, but I need a stable product in which I can trust.

The tool needs to be compatible with Windows Vista.

Experiences, white papers, documentations etc... that I can use as a reference to evaluate all the possibilities that I have.
