None that I know of!
You can use a script to change the description, (http://www.microsoft.com/
So unless someone else knows of a central management tool that allows you to select individual descriptions and edit them, it's not looking hopeful I'm afraid!
Oh, there is however an easier way than to walk to each machine - You can go into Computer Management on your machine, right click to Connect to Another Computer.
Type the name of the computer that you want to change the description of and hit enter (i.e. \\comp1).
When the window 'refreshes' with the new details, you can right click on the 'Computer Management (comp1)' select properties, and then go to the 'Computer Name' tab and enter a description that way.
Hope that helps!

The 'Remark' is the Computer Description entered on the local computer. (This is not the same as the description in AD).
So for e.g. If you right-click 'My Computer', select Properties, and go to the 'Computer Name' tab, there is a 'Description' field. Whatever is written in here is displayed as the 'remark' you're referring to.
Hope that helps!
