Access Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard without autorun

When I plug my digital camera into my computer, a removable disk box pops up where I can selet "Copy pictures to a folder on my computer using Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard" to download the pictures.

1) How can I access this Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard if it does not pop up automatically, or if the camera is already plugged in?

2) If I accidently checked the little box that says "Always do the selected action" and I decided that I want to be prompted with the options, how can I 'uncheck' the box?
