Memory limitation issue of Windows Server 2003 Standard R2

Hi,
Just would like to know what will happen with following scenario:
- I have 64 Bit processor server Xeon, With 8 Gb RAM, Operating system 32 Bit Windows 2003 R2. I want to create 3 VMware servers dedicated 2 Gb RAM for each, with same OS as above.  

I want to know, How will the Host Windows will handle the  memory with the 4Gb limitation of the Windows 2003 R2 Standard.?
