"New folder" always renames old "new folder" in Vista

Tags: Windows, Filesystem, Desktop, New folder
Vista Business Spanish

When I create the first "New folder", everything works well. But the second "New folder", creates a new folder called "New folder (2)" BUT renames the old "New folder".

See this video to clarify my weird problem:

If I create a "RenameNameTemplate" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\NamingTemplates with any text, Windows creates folders with that name and the "Name (n)" numbering works well, but it seems to detect "Nueva carpeta" (spanish string for "New folder") because if I put "Nueva carpeta" in the RenameNameTemplate, the problem continues.
