Is the Intel(R) 82566DC-2 Gigabit Network Connection my NIC?

NIC= Network Interface Card (Ethernet adapter) or Network Adapter?

I am running under Vista Home Premium Spanish, I want to switch to XP Pro English, if
the Intel(R) 82566DC-2 Gigabit Network Connection is my NIC, where I can download this driver from Intel Web site for XP Pro English or Spanish?
