Dear Experts,

I have a Lexmark X502N which is connected to our network via an ethernet cable. It's IP Address is 192.168.0.21.

We have installed the latest TWAIN drivers from Lexmark.

Our problem is that when we want to scan using PrestoPage Manager, sometimes it seems to forget the IP Address of the Lexmark X502N. It simply Says "Device Is Not Ready".

If i got to select source to make sure the multi-function is selected then nothing appears.

What seems to be a workaround for a while is that if i choose scan to paint. It gives me an option to enter the scanner IP Address. I noticed this as nothing was in the entry. So i entered the scanners(X502N) IP Address 192.168.0.21 then committed this. I then hit scan and it seemed to work perfectly for a while.

Then now it has happened again.

Does anyone know of a way to stop it from doing this?

Cheers,
