Blue Screen and Error Code

My boss gets a little paranoid whenever an error on his computer occurs.  His Windows XP computer was evidently running updates automatically while he was working on some emails.  He said he left his computer and the next morning tried to boot it up and saw the blue screen that had some info and at the bottom said something about dumping physical memory.  This concerned him so he called me and I told him just to restart it.

After it restarted, it gave him this error code:

BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : 0000003C BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000001
BCP4 : B723C36F OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

And told him it had saved a couple files in .dmp files and .xml files.

He is very concerned about this so I would like to tell him either "this is no big deal, it was just a blip or an error updating"...or to tell him why it may have happened and what we need to do about it.  Thanks!

Yeah, and without more info from the dmp or BSOD, we really can't say what caused it.
