Start the computer in safe mode and try to delete it.

Question
I created a subfolder off my root with the name Paul's A Drive Now I can't rename it
I know it was a dumb thing to do! From now on I will *never* use anything other than alphanumeric characters!
I can't rename the folder in either winxp or the command prompt. How do I fix this stupid mistake?

I can only guess there is some security issue with this because as mentioned above this shouldnt be an issue.
if you right click on the folder and go to security check permissions there.
if you can no see security tab then
go to my computer, tools, folder options, view,
down the bottom of list is use simple file sharing - deselect this tick
then you should be able to check security permissions on the folder and modify accordingly.

What error do you get? I just created a folder called
Paul's A Drive
I can delete and rename it with no problems.
