Windows 7 64bit slow to startup when not plugged into domain / network
when ever this Dell laptop is not plugged into the domain / local network it takes for ever to start up. assume it is for network drives, but can not find the solution to make it boot up in normal time. what can you experts sugest?

Go to My Computer, Tools->Disconnect Network Drives to clear whatever connections it is trying to establish, see if this solves the problem.
Do you have any printers, or other forms of networked hardware installed? And if so, are they still connected?
Also, any "mapped network drives"? Delete any mapped networked drives
