How do I figure out which program/programs is causing my Incredimail to freeze up intermittently while navigating from email client to another and deleting emails, etc

How do I figure out which program/programs is causing my Incredimail to freeze up intermittently while navigating from one email client to another( 3 email clients on my account) and deleting emails, etc.........DELETING RUN TIME FOLDERS DOESN'T HELP THIS PROBLEM
I tried running my Incredimail in safe mode and it worked GREAT.

I went to the events log but How do I spot potential problems. How do I identify what's okay and what is a problem that could be causing this symptom in my Incredimail application?
