maiximum text size

We have a dell latitude D530 windows 2000  that the text size constantly increases to the maximum size on applications like microsoft word, internet explorer, word pad etc. on microsoft word the zoom is set to 500% and if i try and change it it imeditly resets back to 500%. internet explorer keep setting to to the largest text size I tried display settings and accessibility options but i cant kind a setting that affects this. can anyone helpStart Free Trial
