Download the TCP/IP for Windows 3.1 from:
http://support.microsoft.c
Download Win32s from:
http://support.microsoft.c
There is a problem with some Win31 TCP/IP installations (particularly those that access NT domains) that requires an update which is available on the NT Server CD under a "clients" sub directory.
Can't help much on the DOS end. Except to suggest LanManager for DOS. And I don't think Microsoft sells that anymore.
No need to post the e-mail address - the web pages I post above contain links to download the files directly from Microsoft. Though Kayton is correct now that I give it more thought. For basic TCP/IP connections, Win32s is not needed. However many internet related programs require them if they are to run (Netscape for Win31 for example, requires win32s be installed first).
if you have installed a microsoft brownser, and you do not have the tcp/ip stack, you can
download a new version of your brownser or navigator, it comes with it own tcp/ip
you do not need a 32 bits, i have a 16 bits and i have installed the tcp/ip in two brownsers.
if you need a tcp/ip for another aplication diferent, you can get a tcp/ip from
trumpet winsock web page. ask me for more details if you need my assistance.
sorry if my bad english idiom is not good. i speak spanish better, i hope that my answer

You want PC TCP/IP (I think it is from FTP WARE). Not sure if any demo versions are around.
