Bypass BIOS user password and setup passwords on Dell Latitude 433CX notebook running Windows 3.1

I'm trying to scrub the hard drive on this PC, and can't get to a drive letter command line because there is a prompt for a user password.  I can also invoke a setup user password prompt by trying to go into setup.  The DBAN scrub program is on a bootable floppy disk, and the floppy drive is the first boot device , but the DBAN program won't override the password prompt.  I can't remove the CMOS battery on this note book without taking the laptop apart, or remove the hard drive without taking the laptop apart.  Any suggestions?Start Free Trial
