How do i resolve this error Failed to open the default message store using MAPI Profile Blackberry manager

Running Blackberry Mangager 4.1 on a Win 03 server running Blackberry Enterprise.

When opening Blackberry Manager gives me the error (Failed to open the default message store using the MAPI Profile Blackberry manager)
