  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Missing DLL and SYSTEM.INI glitch.

My IE4 does not work and this is affecting many other programs.
I have a missing SHLWAPI.DLL, among other problems. I read an answer to a previous question indicating that in this case one should "remove network options, reboot. Install a minimum of TCP/IP and net adapter..." (posted by stone5150 in answer to mike96007) This is all Greek to me. Kindly explain exactly how I would go about doing this. If anyone has any other suggestions they too would be most welcome.

I also have a problem with my SYSTEM.INI related to a missing device driver.  C:/dos/vfintd.386 this is what I am told every time I start my computer.
