Greyed out password-save in Dial Up Networking

A year or so ago I solved this problem when jpowers "expert" gave me a very useful routine to delete user profiles and start afresh, plus Logon To Microsoft Networks (not family logon) did a perfect job and cured my problem but... I am now trying to solve this same problem on a colleagues PC (Win95) and when I use "D.U.N. making a new connection" it gives a greyed out password.

Tried solving the jpowers way but this person has no profile set up for Users or passwords in Windows, I haven't looked for a .pwl file yet but I did try to set up a windows user and password - The password setup seemed to present a different window to my own but I will try next time I go help them to set a user on it and hope I don't mess up their profile settings.

I did find that when making a second DUN connection to the same server that OutlookExpress 5 threw a window at me as if I was trying to connect to a different server ie "do you want to hang up and dial freeserve or try to establish a connection on the current connection" It didn't do that when using the original dial up connection.

I only want to make the dial up password get saved to avoid having to type it in every time. Hope someone can help.
