Windows 95B-OSR2 USB: How do I set up a USB printer? & How to use a USB portable hard drive?

Dear Experts-Exchange,

I have recently gone back in time to revive my Dell Insprion 3000, Pentium(R) with MMX, 233Mhz, 96MB ram, Windows 95B-OSR2, (4.00.950 b) or 4.0 (build 1212b) notebook. I have successfully activated the USB port and have seen Win95 detect a USB mouse, though, I didn't install it because I did not have the driver. With this success I have tried to see if I can get any other USB devices to work on this notebook in hope that I will be able to use my USB printer and my USB slim portable hard drive that I use on my Dell Inspiron 8600 Win XP notebook. After this background I will ask my question.

1) USB Printer. How do I set up a USB printer?

In my device manager under ports I have: Comm Port (COM1); ECP Printer Port; Infrared Printing (LPT) Port; and Infrared Serial (COM) Connections Port. Under Universal Serial Buss Controller I have: Intel (R) 82371AB/EB/MB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller and USB Root Hub. There are no conflicts.

The printer I am trying to use is a Lexmark Z25-Z35.

2) USB portable hard drive. What do have to do to be able to use it?
