Windows 95 install from floppy disks on laptop

Hey all,
I have a an older laptop with no cd-rom drive. I was wondering if i could install anything greater than dos on it without getting a cd-rom since it doesnt have a usb port. Does anyone have ANY suggestions. It will be really helpfull.
