Kernel32.dll missing export error

Trying to launch Faxmaker, get the following error: The FMCMN_RC.DLL is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:IsDebuggerPresent.  The program installation has been verified (and reaccomplished), but the error persists.  I cannot locate any information on this export at the Faxmaker website.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
