I have a user who somehow changed his computer which is on windows 95 so that it is in spanish language. All the the toolbars and file options etc. are in spanish. The icons and the programs are still in english though. I've tried the region and made sure it's in english. I'm trying to go to the folder options so I can change the extension of a file type to open in a specific program but can't navigate to where I want to be because I don't speak or read spanish! Where else can I change it?
