Are you referring to the Resource Kit or to the Support Tools? The Support Tools (which include dcdiag) are 32-bit only but are supported on 64-bit platforms, as found here: http://www.microsoft.com/d ownloads/d etails.asp x? FamilyID =96A35011- FD83-419D- 939B-9A772 EA2DF90&di splaylang= en
The 2003 Resource Kit is not supported on the 64-bit platform - support for Resource Kit tools is extremely limited even on 32-bit.
